Any use by you of the services and software provided by Alalmiya Alhura's firm constitutes your agreement to this contract and its provisions, therefore you must not use our software and services if you do not agree to the terms and conditions listed in this contract, Alalmiya Alhura reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and it is your responsibility as a user of our software and services to review the conditions and terms of use periodically to see what updates occur to them, and we also hope that you review our privacy policy to learn more about how Alalmiya Alhura uses the information provided to us by the users of our software and services.

Eligibility For Getting Our Services

You acknowledge the following:

• You will not duplicate sub-licenses, issue, publish, transfer, distribute, implement, display, sell, or reclassify Alalmiya Alhura's services and programs, otherwise, you will be transferring the services and software or exploiting them commercially, except for what is permitted under this contract.
• You will use our services and software for legitimate purposes only, and you will not use the services to send or store any illegal materials or for fraud.
• You will not use the services and software to cause harm, harassment, or inconvenience to anyone.
• You will not impede the proper operation of Al Alalmiya Alhura's Company's software and systems.
• You will not try to sabotage the software in any way.
• You will not copy or distribute the Company’s software and systems or other content without its written permission.
• You will maintain the password for your account or any means of identification we provide to you which allows access to your account, securely and confidentially.
• You will provide us with all evidence proving your identity, according to the discretion of the Alalmiya Alhura's.
• Alalmiya Alhura has the right to refuse to provide any service or software or to use the company's systems without giving reasons.

License Scope

Al-Alamiah Alura grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sub-licensable, and non-cancelable license to obtain and use our programs solely for personal purposes in accordance with this agreement. Therefore, you must:

• Not make the programs available, rent, lease, assign, resell, distribute, or sublicense them to any third party.
• Not modify, decompile, translate, summarize, create derivative works based on, reverse engineer, attempt to derive the source code or internal design of Al-Alamiah Free's programs and systems, or otherwise attempt to identify or access the source code or internal design of the services, or any text, multimedia (such as images, audio files, and video files), data, or other information provided by Al-Alamiah Free or any third-party service provider.
• Not delete, alter, or otherwise modify any copyright or other official notices appearing in the services.
• Not intentionally transmit or distribute the services or allow them to be downloaded or used other than as specified herein.
• Not claim to grant access to the services or allow access to anyone other than yourself.
• Not share your user name, password, contracted software serial number, or any other means of accessing Al-Alamiah Free's services.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights to these services, programs, and all related materials or that appear on them (including any content you provide or include) are owned by Al-Alamiah Free and you must not reproduce or allow anyone - for any reason - to use or reproduce the services, trademarks, or other trade names that appear in the services and programs.

The Payments

• Alalmiya Alhura reserves the right to impose new fees for the use of services, software, and technical support.
• If Alalmiya Alhura decides to impose new fees, you will be informed of it, and you will be allowed to continue or terminate the contract.
• Alalmiya Alhura may amend or update prices from time to time, it is your responsibility to stay aware of the current prices for the services provided through the prices page, and they can be accessed through the home page or by contacting us.
• You must pay the value of the services to Alalmiya Alhura through bank transfers to our account, as soon as the service is provided to you, you are solely responsible for paying all the fees on time and you acknowledge that any amount paid cannot be refunded.
• By agreeing to the user terms above, you agree that you have the right to obtain Alalmiya Alhura's services and software, and if there's any delayed or unpaid payment by you, will result in blocking your use of the service and the data saved on it.
• In case that you do not pay the value of the service or software you contracted for, Alalmiya Alhura will give you a maximum payment period of thirty days before it blocks your use of the service or the software and the data saved on it, also this period will be invoiced by Alalmiya Alhura and paid by you as a user.

Compensation

• By agreeing to the terms above and the use of services and software, you agree to defend Alalmiya Alhura and its affiliates and licensors and every official of its officials and directors and other users, employees, lawyers, and agents and not to harm them and they're absolved from any claims, costs, damages, losses, responsibilities, And expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) that arise from or are related to :
• Your violation of any of these user conditions or any applicable law or regulations, whether or not they are referred to in these terms and conditions of use.
• Not to modify, subtract, translate, summarize, or create a decoded based sub-business, or reverse engineering to design software and systems of Alalmiya Alhura's firm, or otherwise from specifying or trying to determine or attempt to access the source code or the internal design of the services or any text or multimedia (pictures, audios, video files), or data or other information provided by Alalmiya Alhura or its third-party service providers.
• Your violation of any rights of third parties, including service providers who are organized and partnered with Alalmiya Alhura.
• Any Misuse of any of the services or software provided by Alalmiya Alhura.

Legal Responsibility
