"Monsha'at" is a remote consulting application that provides advice in several fields, such as finance, technology, innovation, law, marketing, and sales. The service targets entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises through visual, audio, and written communication with specialized consultants. The service aims to achieve stability and growth, overcome challenges facing businesses, reduce the failure rate, and exit from the market.

"Monsha'at" was designed, developed, and programmed by Alalmiya Alhura Company and is considered one of the biggest success partners of our company. The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises "Monsha'at" was established in 2016 to regulate, support, and develop the small and medium-sized enterprise sector in the Kingdom under the best global practices. Its objectives include increasing the productivity of these enterprises and increasing their contribution to the GDP from 20% to 35% by 2030.

"Monsha'at" works to prepare, implement, and support programs and projects to spread the culture of entrepreneurship, initiative, and innovation, diversify sources of financial support for enterprises, and encourage initiatives in the capital sector. It also sets policies and standards for financing projects classified as small and medium-sized, provides administrative and technical support for enterprises, and supports them in developing their management, technical, financial, marketing, and human resources capabilities.

"Munshaat" also works to remove administrative, regulatory, technical, procedural, informational, and marketing obstacles facing enterprises in cooperation with relevant entities, create technology and business incubators and organize them. It also develops programs and initiatives to create investment opportunities for enterprises and transfer and localize related technology to develop their performance and productivity, including supply chains.

"Munshaat" strengthens cooperation with ministries, authorities, government agencies, and international organizations regarding its specialization, organizes conferences, seminars, meetings, internal and international exhibitions, and other events related to enterprises, participates in them, works to activate their results and recommendations, in addition to preparing studies, research, statistical surveys, and reports related to the small and medium-sized enterprise sector, proposing systems, regulations, and policies for its development and support, and monitoring their implementation after adoption.
