Information technology is known for its great importance and magnitude in the Arab market, as it is one of the most challenging and specialized fields that experience rapid growth. Any investor may consider entering the competition and investing in information technology a significant risk, and achieving any achievement or profits may take time. However, it was different with our management when we started thinking about forming a vast technological entity that serves our Arab community. Our leadership was not concerned about the risks of investing in a new market. Still, their primary motivation was to participate, even in a small way, in building the technological future in Egypt and the Arab world.
Indeed, Alalmiya Alhura Company was launched from its first headquarters in Mansoura City, Dakahlia Governorate, under the leadership of Engineer Osama Abu Musalem and Engineer Ahmed Naguib, who were both passionate about building a substantial technological entity on Egyptian soil that would work as a beacon shining its specialized light throughout the Arab world. Thanks to God and the determination of our management, our company has succeeded over 12 years in acquiring a large share of the technological market at the national and regional levels.
Serious investment in one of the new fields may be one of the most complex and risky investment tasks. Indeed, this idea crossed the mind of Engineer Osama Abu Musalem during the planning and preparation period for the company's launch. Still, a determination was more potent than any fears, and the initial goal was to form Alalmiya Alhura team, which would be instrumental in establishing the company's steps in the job market and writing its future without looking at any profits during the building and expansion period.
The primary purpose of Engineer Osama Abu Musalem was to build an independent company from the private sector supporting the field of information technology in the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Arab world. Our culture is far from any short-term logic and revolves around building strong relationships with many distinguished clients in various sectors over the years.
This was possible because of our continuous commitment to working closely to understand not only our clients' main strategic objectives and individual business models but also the precise alignment between the talent we are looking to attract and the unique organizational DNA of our clients.
Establishing Alalmiya Alhura Company was not built on little experience in information technology. Still, the element of technical expertise in the information technology market was embodied in Engineer Ahmed Naguib. With his extensive practical experience in the field of information technology, Engineer Ahmed Naguib was able to form the entire work team, or what we call "Alalmiya Alhura Family."
Under the leadership of Engineer Ahmed Naguib, Alalmiya Alhura Company was able to invade the Arab technological market and provide many customers with the most vital specialized services over the 12 years since the company's launch. Thanks to Engineer Ahmed Naguib's extensive technical experience, the company could provide cross-border technical services, such as designing and developing mobile applications, websites, corporate systems, and e-stores in Egypt and the Gulf countries.
Undoubtedly, Alalmiya Alhura Company has gone through many crises that affected the progress and stability of work, and one of the biggest crises that our company faced was the global economic recession due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, this was not the end of the road, as our management, represented by Engineer Osama Abu Musalem and Engineer Ahmed Naguib, believed that the COVID-19 crisis was just an obstacle to the expansion and development of Alalmiya Alhura Company. Overcoming this obstacle would be a foregone conclusion relying on our team's determination and patience.
